What fonts do you have?

Who makes the clothing you use for your designs?
I sell you the rhinestone design and you apply to your own clothing yourself. I do not sell the clothing but possibly in the future.

Can I send you my item and have you put the rhinestone on it for me?
Sure! No problem. You would have to pay shipping both ways though.

What about the other items in your gallery that weren’t clothing? How does that work?
For all my non-clothing items I use a non-toxic water based glue to adhere the rhinestones to the item. I love the non-clothing projects too so email me for a free pricing quote!

What size rhinestones do you use?
I typically work with the 2mm (6ss) or 3mm (10ss) rhinestone for most clothing but I can special order if you need a bigger rhinestone size for your custom order.

What is the proper way to wash my iron-on design garment?
Turn clothing inside out and wash on a delicate cycle.

How do I apply my rhinestone design on my clothing?
I will provide written instructions with every rhinestone design so that there is no confusion. Also check out my how-to video (coming soon!) and you can watch me do it step-by-step.

What material can heat transfer designs be applied to?
Sweatshirt material or 50% cotton/50% polyester are best but they also be used on silk, polysilk, lycra, jersey, fleece and denim. Depending on the fabric you will need to adjust length of time, pressure and temperature though.

Fine Fabrics - silk, polysilk, lycra
Temperature: 325 - 340 F
Pressure: Light
Time: ~7 - 10 seconds

Heavy Fabrics - jersey, fleece, denim
Temperature: 350 F
Pressure: Medium
Time: ~10 - 12 seconds

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs will vary depending on the amt of designs ordered and how fast you want to receive them. Email me for a shipping quote!

How long will it take to get my order?
It really depends on the amount of designs and how detailed your order is but on average please allow me 2-4 weeks (not including shipping time) after I receive payment. May be longer during busier wedding season or if I need to special order supplies.

How would you like payment?
I prefer paypal but at this time, to avoid additional fees, I accept Paypal funds or echeck only (no debit/credit cards). I also accept snail mailed money orders too!
